Data Collections and Warehousing
Community Planning and Advocacy Counsel (CPAC)
Designed and built information management systems that allows
CPAC to gather specific client indicator and tracking information
from partner organizations. Systems deliver information from multiple
services providers directly into EDTEC hosted databases. CPAC
staff access information for evaluation and analysis purposes
through database transfers from the EDTEC servers within secure
transfer environments. A leveled security system allows CPAC to
control data access to partner organizations.
Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative
Designed and built an Internet-based information collection system
for use by multiple service providers. The system allows on-going
collection and updating of client health data. A layered security
system allows designated users to access previously specified data.
The administration component gives the client maximum flexibility
in set-up, access, information export and reporting.
Camden County Workforce Investment Board
Designed and built Internet-based client tracking system for use
by multiple service providers. The system allows providers to
track the progress of adult training program participants by managing
enrollment, progress, completion and placement information. A
layered security system allows designated users to access previously
specified data. Administration system functions include record
updating, data aggregation and reporting.
Database Driven Website Development
CAMConnect
Designed and built an Internet presence for this data organization.
The website houses information within a searchable database environment
publicly accessible through the website interface. Planned features
include a searchable data warehouse that allows users to access
Camden neighborhood level data through user-friendly query screens.
Data sets include neighborhood population, health, crime, housing
and economic indicators. The administration component allows the
client to load documents directly to a secured section of the
website.
National Organization of African Americans in Housing
Designed and built an Internet presence for this national advocacy
organization. This database driven site is designed to give the
client maximum flexibility in updating the site daily. The system
administration component allows the client to post new information
to the homepage through a user-friendly web interface. The client
can upload documents, establish links, customize a conference
registration template and archive old postings to designated folders.
Youth Entrepreneurship
Designed and built an interactive database driven website that
includes a data warehouse, an interactive distance learning tool
and a collaborative component. Users can review numerous documents
to enhance entrepreneurship education programs, create, update
and print a business plan on-line and post messages to a monitored
collaborative component.
On-line Information Reporting & Surveying Systems
US Department of Housing and Urban Development
Designed and built multiple Internet-based reporting systems to
deliver electronic program reports to HUD. Systems allowed for monthly
input of information from multiple training and technical assistance
providers located across the country. Systems performed data aggregation
functions for exporting to word processing software allowing the
client to easily manipulate information for inclusion in published
reports.
Neighborhood Center for Enterprise Development
Designed and built an Internet-based survey system that allowed
participants from across the country to complete survey questionnaires
by visiting the EDTEC website. Survey information was automatically
downloaded and housed in a SQL database for aggregation and analysis.
