1 Day Course

This one-day, 5 ½ hour training fully exposes the Housing Authority's Board of Commissioners to the HOPE VI Development Process from the strategic planning through the post-occupancy phase. This course covers pre-development and development activities, as well as the construction and marketing phases of the revitalization process. EDTEC trainers emphasize the role of the Board though these phases and add insight on how Board members may become positive influences in attracting support and resources to HOPE VI Projects. Training provided on-site at HA provided locations.
