Program Evaluations

EDTEC provides program evaluation services to support program planning, program justification decisions, and to identify program improvement opportunities.

In the initial steps, EDTEC identifies, accesses and analyzes pertinent data amassed by an organization to develop an overview of the program's logic and identify issues for further data gathering on performance expectations and outcomes. Additional data is gathered by interviewing knowledgeable stakeholders on key issues. This process enables research questions and objectives to be identified. EDTEC determines appropriate methodologies, evaluates options, and presents an evaluation assessment to the organization. Significant steps include conducting the research, performing data analysis and compiling draft results for consultations with stakeholders. EDTEC then prepares and presents a final report, including findings and recommendations to the client.

Based on the needs of the client, EDTEC can develop in conjunction with the client, systems and procedures that meet the goals of improved performance.
